Loominate operates the www.loominate.co website, which provides marketing, design and content services for small to medium-sized companies (SME’s). This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information including GDPR regulation. When contacting us regarding our services and work enquiries, we may require you to provide us with an email including but not limited to your name and business details. The information that we collect may be used to contact you later regarding business enquiries or updates regarding our service.

Right of access. Pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is processed. If we process your personal data, you are entitled to receive information on such personal data and the processing, which includes thorough information on what we do with your personal data.
Right to rectification
In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you are entitled to demand that we rectify your personal data if they are inaccurate or erroneous. We will rectify your data immediately upon notification.
Right to restriction of processing
In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right demand a restriction of processing for your personal data. Right to data portability
Pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data which you provided to the Controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer this data to a third party without hindrance from the Loominate.The processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR or on a contract pursuant to Article 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR; andThe processing is carried out by automated means.The relevant subset of Personal Data is data that you provide us with your consent or for the purposes of performing our contract with you.Please provide as much detail as possible on your reasons for the request to assist us in determining whether you have a valid basis for erasure. However, we may retain your personal data if there are valid grounds under law for us to do so but we will let you know if that is the case. Please note that after deleting the Personal Data, we may not be able to provide the same level of servicing to you as we will not be aware of your preferences.
Right to object
Pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data which is based on Article 6 (1) lit. e) or lit. f) GDPR, including profiling based on those provisions.The Controller shall no longer process your personal data unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing is for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to withdraw your consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent under the data protection law at any time. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.Pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR, you shall have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authorityWithout prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR. You have the right to address the supervisory authority for any questions or complaints. Transfer to third countries
At the moment, we do not use processors that process your data outside the European Union. We may use processors that process your data in countries outside of the EU that do not ensure an adequate data protection level comparable to the EU (no adequacy decision of the EU Commission). If we do so, we make sure that the processor in that third country warrants a data protection level comparable to the GDPR.
